+ DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders may be subject to verification and approval before shipping and can take up to 48 hours to process. After your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please review order info as well as shipping address to make sure all information is correct. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges vary based on the product, weight and delivery. If you need your item faster, please select Expedited Shipping.

Waves will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

+ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow up to 72 hours for your international order to be processed. International shipments will receive a tracking number but accurate or up to date tracking info is not available once the package leaves the US. Depending on destination and customs processing time, most international shipments take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
