Summer is in full swing and temperatures are soaring. Hydration is important all year round but warmer months require extra attention. We are spending long days at the beach in the hot sun, exercising in intense heat and enjoying pina coladas and ice cold beers. Even just sitting outside on a hot day can make you sweat which means you are loosing water.
